■ Protection of Personal Information in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information

VISIX Co., Ltd. (hereinafter called “VISIX”) hereby defines the policies on the protection of personal information in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (Kojin Joho no Hogo ni Kansuru Houritsu) as follows.

VISIX understands the importance of the protection of personal information, and hereby declares to make effort in handling and managing personal information in a safe and appropriate manner, to abide by the laws of the protection of personal information. Furthermore, VISIX would periodically enforce re-examination on such procedures of handling and managing personal information, and will make increased effort for improvement of the protection of personal information.

■ Acquisition, Use, and Provision of Personal Information

VISIX hereby declares to acquire personal information through appropriate measures, inform the provider the purpose of use of personal information, and would not acquire or handle personal information more than necessary for the purpose of use. In addition, disclosure and provision of personal information to a third party will be held in accordance with applicable laws and procedures.

■ Safety Measures for the Management of Personal Information

All personal information that VISIX acquires will be safely stored under proper management in order to prevent unauthorized access, loss, destruction, alter, and leakage of personal information.

■ Commission for the Handling of Personal Information

VISIX may commission the handling of all or part of personal information to a third party. In this case, VISIX would only disclose necessary personal information to the third party with appropriate measures and supervision for the protection of personal information.
