Our receptionists would assist you in accommodating your visitors, handling your mail and parcel during your absence, and more.
■ Water Dispenser Service
One water dispenser is provided for each office, with a free bottle each month.
■ The Lounge and Free Wireless Internet Access
The lounge area is available for meetings and discussions, with free wireless internet access.
■ Umbrella Rental Service
We rent umbrellas for free for our tenants on rainy days.
■ Magazines
Newspapers and magazines are in the lounge area.
■ Mail and Parcel Service
The receptionist would temporarily hold your mail and parcel for you during your absence. (except for perishables and registered mail)
■ OPTIONAL SERVICES
■ Conference Room( Rental )
One large table, 14 chairs, projector, white board, TV and DVD (in Akasaka VISIX only) facilities, at 3,150yen per hour (tax included).
■ Drink Service
We serve beverages for you in the conference room, meeting room, and the lounge (coffee, black tea, and green tea, all available hot/cold: 105yen each)
■ Lamination Service
We laminate your documents for you (80yen per sheet for A4 size; 160yen per sheet for A3 size)
■ Interior Design
Tile carpets can be changed to a different kind before the move-in. We could also introduce the most suitable furniture brand for your office. At your request, we also coordinate your office interior.
■ OTHER INTRODUCING SERVICES
■ Office Plant Rental Service and Flower Delivery
We will introduce you to a company for office plant rental and maintenance service, as well as flower deliveries for your special occasions.
■ Business Cards and Brochures
We will introduce you to a printing company for making your business cards, brochures, or your company website.
■ Dry Cleaning
We will introduce you to a dry cleaning store for suits and shirts. Repair work for shoes and bags are also available.

We will introduce you to accounting, tax, and legal experts.
